Mofid Saryeddine Passed graciously from this life on September 26, 2009. Ever devoted wife of 37 years Bader Saryeddine, adoring daughters Tina, Nadine, Randa Saryeddine, and much loved son in law Carl Desmarais (Randa) were all by his side. He was surrounded in hospital by his loving family, and after a short struggle with heart failure, he peacefully left us to take his place in heaven. Passed away Saturday August 18, 2007. Beloved husband of the late Ivoun Al-Switi. Dear father of Elias Soueiti (Donna), Sam Al-Switi (Theresa), Gus Alswiti (Louise), Charlie Alswiti (Martha), Nouhad Siouti (Ghazi), Rima Soueiti (Imad) and the late Sahar. Loving Jido to many grandchildren. Survived by his sister Warde Zeidan and sister-in-law Deebeh of Syria, his sister-in-law Sheila Benedict of Ottawa and his brothers-in-law Halim Swaita of Calgary and Kalim of Lebanon. Fondly remembered by many other relatives in Canada and abroad.
