Devoted father of Elias Maroun (Carol Sfeir), late Leila (Nabil El-Hachem), Rima (late Kamal Saliba), Georges (Josette Naim), Fadi (Odile Haddad), Claire (Camil Abou-Assi) and Nabil (Dr Kay-Anne Haykal).
Loving brother of George (Wadad Absi), Joseph (late Georgette Asmar), Late Saïd (Therese Asmar), Eid (Lodi Choueiry) and Marie Wazen (late Abdo) of Lebanon.
Cherished grandfather of Joyce (Glenn Baxter), Jason, James, Caren, Carla, Marissa, Christine, Michael Antonio, Josianne, Christopher, Nicholas, Kayla, Anthony Ely, Marc, and Lauren as well as his great-grandchild Alexander.
Brother-in-law of the Hajjar family; late Simon (Sana Ghandour), Samir (Sonia Sfeir) of Lebanon, Souad Nahas (George), Sophie Rizkallah (late Hafez) of Lebanon.
Michel was predeceased by his parents Elias and Saïde Asmar.
Passed away  on Monday August 5, 2019.
