(June 24, 1952 – April 16, 2017)
Peacefully with his family by his side, it is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Antoine  on Easter Sunday, April 16, 2017.
Antoine was a cherished husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, friend and a pillar of the community.
Beloved husband and soulmate of Elvire Haddad El-Hage,  Antoine is the proud father of daughters Rindala (Charles Soudir), Rania (Naji Otell) and his son Elie (Jessica Jouni).
Adored grandfather of George, Gabriel, Marie-Thérèse and Maribelle.
Antoine is predeceased by his sister Flore (Joseph Saikaley) and  leaves behind his brothers Joseph (Louisa Chamoun), Maroun (Adele Haddad) and Nadim (Christine Nehme), as well as his sisters Raymonda (Toni Ibrahim) and Violette.
Antoine was a loving uncle to many nieces and nephews.
We wish to express special thanks to the care received by many compassionate staff at the Ottawa General Hospital.
Relatives and friends are invited to pay their respects on Monday, April 17, 2017 from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm in the Lebanon Hall at Saint Charbel Parish Ottawa, Maronite Catholic Church, 245 Donald Street.
Visitation will continue on Tuesday, April 18, 2017 from 2:00 to 4:00 pm and 6:00 to 9:00 pm at Beechwood Funeral, Cemetery and Cremation Services, 280 Beechwood Avenue.
The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 19, 2017 at 11:00 am at Saint Charbel Parish, Ottawa.
Interment will follow at Beechwood Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Saint Charbel Parish, Ottawa would be appreciated.
