Georges Mikhael Alam
Passed away  peacefully at the Ottawa Heart Institute on Friday, March 4, 2016 at the age of 71.
Born in Zahle, Lebanon on April 19, 1944.
Beloved son of the late Mikhael and Annise Alam.
Loving husband of Suzanne (nee Jean-Louis).
Caring father of Joseph (Lisa) and Michael.
Cherished grandfather of Mia.
Dear brother of Tanous (Dalal Samia), Julia and Amal (Mike Ayoub), all of Canada; Marie, Souad (Late Nicholas Fraiji) and the late Joseph , all of Lebanon; Layla (Late Abdo Rouhana) and the late Khalil, all of Australia.
Special thanks to all brothers and sisters, nieces and nephews, family and friends across the world in Canada, Lebanon and Australia. Also, thank you to the staff at the Ottawa Heart Institute Cardiology and Ottawa Civic Campus Nephrology units.

The family will receive relatives and friends on Tuesday, March 8, from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00pm at the Pinecrest Visitation Centre, 2500 Baseline Road, Ottawa.
Funeral Service will be held   on Wednesday, March 9, 2016 at 11:00am at St. Charbel Maronite Church, 245 Donald Street, Ottawa.
Interment to follow at Pinecrest Cemetery.
