It is with deep regret and profound sadness that we announce the passing of Georgette  Ibrahim, peacefully on Thursday, February 11, 2016, at the age of 84.
Georgette will always be remembered as a most loving part of all our lives and a devoted servant of God.
Beloved wife of the late George Ibrahim.
Dear mother of Said and Anwar, caring grandmother of Elias and cherished mother-in-law of Nawal.
Loving sister of the late George (Violette) and Joseph (Radia).
Devoted aunt of Josephine, Rita, Najib, , Marie, Therese, Jean, Peter, Georgette, Father Charbel, Bechara Rached, all of Lebanon; Elie, Judy, Jeffrey, Jay, Jed, Jessica and Justin Rached, all of Ottawa.
The family will receive relatives and friends at Beechwood Cemetery 280 Beechwood Ave. on Saturday, February 20, 2016, from 3:00pm to 5:00pm .
Visitation and Holy Mass in honor & remembrance of her will be held on Sunday, February 21, 2016  at 12:00pm, at Saint Paul Syriac Catholic Parish 344 Cyr Ave. Ottawa.
Our family would like to thank the staff of the Ottawa Hospital, General Campus for their compassionate care.
In memory of Georgette, donations to the Ottawa Regional Cancer Foundation would be appreciated.
