Hayat Azzi
Passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family  at the Élisabeth Bruyère Hospital, Ottawa, on Monday, September 21, 2015  at the age of 75 .
Beloved wife of Massoud (Sam) Azzi.
Loving mother of Annette (Issam Bitar), Nahia (Marc Laprade), Georges (Donna Walker), and Toni (Hanaa Rached).
Cherished grand-mother of Alexandre, Valerie, Éliane, Sébastien, Isabelle, Noah, Sacha, Amelia and Joshua.
Dear sister of Salwa (Semaan Haddad), Amal (late William Azzi), Dunia (Mayor Sami Azzi), the late Salim Azzi (Madeleine Aoun), Sister Aline and Montaha.
She will be dearly missed by lots of loving Nieces and Nephews.
The family will receive relatives and friends at Beechwood Funeral Home on Tuesday, September 22, 2015 from 2:00 to 4:00pm and from 6:00 to 9:00pm.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, September 23, 2015 at 11:00am at St Charbel Maronite Church, 245 Donald Street, Ottawa.
Interment to follow at Beechwood Cemetery.
