Passed away peacefully on Monday, May 29, 2017 at the age of 77.
Beloved husband of Klair.
Dear father of  Fawzi (Lubna), Deema  Alsayegh (Wael), Dana Alsayegh (Ihab).
Loving Jiddo  of  Michael, Clara, Christina, Sandra, Moneer, Marian, Fadi and Tamer all of Ottawa.
Dear Brother of Malak Farah (late Jamal), Bothiana  Shaheen (Rafic), all of Ottawa;  Omaya Khoury (Riad)  of Jordan,  the late Safaa Shaheen (late Sami ) of Gaza  and late Saeda Shehata (late Issam)  of UAE.
He will be dearly missed by many nieces and nephews.
The family will receive relatives and friends on Wednesday, May 31, 2017  from 5:00 to 9:00pm at McEvoy-Shields Funeral Home, 1411 Hunt Club Road (at Albion Road)
Funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 1, 2017  at 10:00am at St. Elias Antiochian Orthodox Cathedral, 2975 Riverside Drive. Ottawa.
Interment Hope Cemetery.
