Passed away peacefully at home, on Wednesday, November 11, 2020 at the age of 81.
Beloved husband of the late Annie Lydia Saikaley (nee Flowers).
Loving father of Maryann Crowder, George Saikaley, Gina Billings (Carman) and Bonnie Mosher (Tony).
Cherished Grampy of Julia, Sam, Joshua, Michael, Sierra, Tyler, Terrilyn, Michelle, Melanie, Alexander, Benjamin and Cassie.
Great-grandfather of Payton, Gabriel, Elijah, Sophia, Daniel , Riley, Aria and Elora.
Dear brother of  Eddie, Phillip, Steve, Joe, Mike, Danny and predeceased by Shakeeb, Bobby, Linda and Rick.
Sam is survived by his many nieces and nephews , cousins and friends.
Longtime owner of Franktown Grocery and Gas Bar as well as many other businesses in West End Ottawa.
The family will receive relatives and friends on Monday, November 16, 2020 from 3:00 to 7:00  pm at McEvoy-Shields Funeral Home, 1411 Hunt Club Road.
Funeral Service will be held  on Tuesday, November 17, 2020 at 11:00 am in the Chapel.
Interment Beechwood Cemetery.
