Passed away on Sunday, July 29 , 2018 at the age of 78.
Beloved wife of the late Adnan Tannous of Syria.
Loving mother of Ziad (Maria ) of California, Jihad of Brockville,  Jihan ( Larry Trottier), Butros and Hadi,  all of Ottawa.
Cherished grandmother of  Sabrina, Adnan, Alyna, Zachary, Zianna, Samira and Samuel.
The family will receive relatives and friends  on Tuesday, July 31, 2018  from 5:00  to 9:00 pm at McEvoy-Shields Funeral Home,  1411 Hunt Club Rd, Ottawa.
Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 1, 2018 at 12:00 noon at Sts. Peter and Paul Melkite Catholic Church, 1161 North River Rd, Ottawa.
In memory of Samira, donations to Sts. Peter and Paul Church or Ottawa Regional Cancer Society would be appreciated.
