Chris peacefully fell asleep in the Lord on Friday, January 15, 2016 at 12:45 pm at the Ottawa General Hospital surrounded by his family.
Son of George and Noelle Thomas, beloved brother of David and Joseph Thomas, father of two beautiful sons, Matthew and Nicholas, and fiancé of Nathalie Lapensée.
Chris was 42 years young and had been battling lung cancer for a short 4 months.
The family will receive relatives and friends on Sunday, January 17, 2016 from 2 to 4 pm and  7 to 9 pm  at McEvoy-Shields Funeral Home, 1411 Hunt Club Road,
Funeral service will be held on Monday,  January 18, 2016 at 10 am at  St. Elias Antiochian Orthodox Cathedral, 2975 Riverside Drive.
Interment at Beechwood Cemetery.
In memoriam donations to St. Elias Cathedral and the Lung Association would be appreciated.
