Passed away peacefully at the Ottawa General Hospital, surrounded by her family, on Monday, March 7, 2016 at the age of 59.
Born in Ottawa on February 23, 1957.
Beloved daughter of the late Ernest and Yvonne Jean-Louis.
Loving wife of the  late Georges Mikhael Alam.
Caring mother of Joseph (Lisa) and Michael.
Cherished grandmother of Mia.
Dear sister of Ginette (Claude), Louise (Marcel), Leo (Monique) and the  late Brian.
A dedicated entrepreneur, mother, and wife.
Very special thanks to her best friends Pauline (Christopher), Linda (Ray), and Esther (Gilles), also  to the staff at the Ottawa Heart Institute Cardiology and Ottawa Civic Campus Respiratory units.
The family will receive relatives and friends on Tuesday, March 8, 2016 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00pm at The Pinecrest Visitation Centre, 2500 Baseline Road, Ottawa.
Funeral Service will be held  on Wednesday, March 9, 2016 at 11:00am at St. Charbel Maronite Church, 245 Donald Street, Ottawa.
Interment to follow at Pinecrest Cemetery.
