Funeral Service will be held at St. Elias Antiochian Orthodox Cathedral – 2975 Riverside Drive, Ottawa, Ontario on Friday, September 4, 2015  at 10:30 a.m. ,  followed by a luncheon to celebrate Victor’s life at Beechwood, Funeral and Cemetery Services, 280 Beechwood Ave, Ottawa, Ontario.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated. Condolences,.
