Passed away on Monday, July 2, 2018 at the age of 82.
Beloved husband of Jeanette Barake.
Loving father of Naif, Maher, Emad and the late  Chawki (Mireille).
Cherished grandfather of Samantha, Darby and Despina.
Dear brother of  Sami and Souhail (Cathy) all  of Ottawa; Samih (late Rabiha) of Lebanon; the late  Nazih and late  Siham Ibrahim (late Simon).
Brother-in-law  of  Norma Ghazal (Jawdat), late Nabih Barake (Samia) of Ottawa and Jean Barake of Lebanon.
The family will receive relatives and friends on Wednesday,  July 4, 2018  from 2:00 to 4:00 pm and 7:00 to 9:00pm  at Pinecrest Memorial, 2500 Baseline Rd. Ottawa.
Funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 5, 2018  at 10:0 am at the Chapel at Pinecrest Memorial  followed by burial.
In Lieu of flowers donations to the Queensway Carleton Hospital or Sts. Peter & Paul Church would be greatly appreciated.
