Bahjat (Bill) Hamoui
April 1, 1930 – September 23, 2016.
It is with the heaviest of hearts that we announce the passing of Bahjat (Bill) Hamoui at The Ottawa Civic Hospital.
Bill was the loving and devoted husband of Renee (nee Nahra) of 53 years.
Cherished father of Brian, Ron (Kim), Tony (Rima), and Rhonda.
Proud and loving grandfather (Jidu) of Nadia, Jonah, Georgia and Jasmine.
Dear brother of Violet (Maurice), Chouaa (Late Joseph Hayek), Charlie (Bianca), Omer (Amale), Claudette (George)  and George (Theresa).
Fondly remembered by many in-laws, nieces, nephews and friends.
Special thanks to the nurses and doctors at both the Ottawa Civic and General Hospitals.
Family and friends may pay respects at Beechwood Cemetery and Funeral Services at 280 Beechwood Ave, K1M 8E2, Friday, September 30, 2016 from 5:00 to 9:00pm.
Funeral Service at 11:00 am on  Saturday, October 1, 2016 at Saints Peter and Paul Melkite Catholic Church, 1161 North River Road, K1K 3W5.
Interment at Beechwood Cemetery.
