Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 21, 2020.
Beloved wife of the late Elias Abou-Assaly.
Loving mother of Nassif (Sophie Hajjar), Nicolas (Daad Maalouf), Georges, John (Bahaa Abdelkarim), Michel (Hanaa Abou-Assaly) and the late Dounia (Emile El-Agha).
Cherished grandmother of Khouloud, Denise, Rony and Roger El-Agha; Ghassan, Imad, Nicole, Pascale, Fadi, Lydia, Elias, Christine and Mary-Lynne Abou-Assaly.
Dear sister of the late Halem El-Debs, Daoud El-Debs and Fouzi El-Debs.
The family will receive relatives and friends on Monday, October 26, 2020. at 10:00 am at St. Elias Antiochian Orthodox Cathedral – 2975 Riverside Drive, followed by funeral service at 11:00 am.
Interment at Hope Cemetery – 4660 Bank street.
Due to government regulations, only 160 people are allowed in the cathedral at the same time. Face masks and social distancing guidelines are in effect.
In memory of Lydia, donations to St. Elias Cathedral would be appreciated.
