Obituary – Najla Ziade

Passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Saturday, December 30, 2023.
Born in Lebanon on September 22, 1940.
Beloved daughter of the  late Afife Rizk and Salim El Adem.
Loving wife of the late Antoine Ziade.
Proud mother of Joceline Ziade, Pauline Ziade (late John El-Choufi), Joseph Ziade and Robert Ziade (Maggie Ziade).
Cherished  grandmother of Katherine, Christine, Micheline and Jean Pierre El Adem,; Caroline and Justin El-Choufi; Ashley, Maya, and Antoine Ziade;  great-grandmother of Elena, Kheny, Zion, Eleora, Emma, Noah, Enzo and Zara.
Dear sister of Souad Sakr (late Bechara Sakr), Dominique El Adem and  Habib El Adem; predeceased by  Joseph El Adem (late Nohad El Adem) and Jeanette Minassian (late Albert Minassian).
Dear cousin of Nabih El Adem of Gatineau.
She will be greatly missed by her many friends, cousins, nephews, and nieces.
The family will receive relatives and friends on Friday, January 5, 2024 from 10:00  to 11:00 am at Saint Charbel Parish, Ottawa Maronite Catholic Church, 245 Donald Street, Ottawa followed by funeral Mass.
Interment at Pinecrest Cemetery.
