Obituary – Elie Sleiman El-Sabeh

Elie Sleiman El-Sabeh

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Elie El-Sabeh, who fell asleep peacefully into the hands of the Lord, surrounded by his loving family, on June 25, 2025, at the age of 58.
Loving son of the late Sleiman and Georgette El-Sabeh.
Caring brother of John (Margo Salamani), Samira (late Tony Abou-Ghanem), the late Samir, Salwa (late Joe T. Saab) and George.
He will be sadly missed by his many nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
Elie was a man of faith and had unwavering love for his family. His greatest joy came from spending time with loved ones. He will be dearly missed for his kindness, humor, and storytelling.
The family will receive relatives and friends on Monday, June 30, 2025, from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. at St. Elias Antiochian Orthodox Cathedral, 2975 Riverside Drive, Ottawa, followed by funeral service.
Internment to follow at Beechwood Cemetery.
