We are seeking a Junior Business Analyst to join our consulting delivery teams. This role is ideal for someone early in their consulting career who is eager to build strong analytical, stakeholder-management, and ERP implementation skills while working on real client engagements.
You will support senior consultants in analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting requirements, and contributing to ERP implementation and continuous improvement initiatives. You will gain exposure to client workshops, structured problem-solving, and end-to-end delivery activities.Must Have
- Bilingual: French & English
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Legally entitled to work in the country
- 50% availability for travel
