Passed away in Ottawa on Friday, March 27, 2026.
Beloved wife of  Adel Raouda.
Loving mother of Tammy Raouda, Reem Raouda, Ambra Raouda, Royaida Raouda (Fraser Veitch) and Danny Bertrand (Dolly Obeid).
Cherished grandmother of Dominic, Maria, Zayn and Mason.
Dear sister of  Souhaila Paruch, Aaida Oakley, Roe Saikaley, predeceased by Samir Saikaley  and  Souhiel Saikaley (Mona Saikaley).
Samira was the centre and rock of her family, always bringing people together with her love, strength and generosity. She adored her family and friends and created lasting memories through her passion for cooking and entertaining.
The family  will receive relatives and friends on Wednesday, April 1, 2026  from  5:00 to 9:00 p.m. at McEvoy-Shields Funeral Home & Chapel, 1411 Hunt Club Road, Ottawa.
Funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 2, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Elias Antiochian Orthodox Cathedral, 2975 Riverside Drive, Ottawa.
Interment will follow at Beechwood Cemetery, 280 Beechwood Ave.
In memory of Samira, donations to  St. Elias Cathedral would be appreciated.
