A Fortieth-Day memorial service will be held on Sunday, October 18, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at Sts. Peter & Paul Melkite Catholic Church, 1161 North River Road, Ottawa.
Beloved wife of the late  Elias El-Chakar.
Loving mother of Bechara, Pascale (Ibrahim Hajjar), Pierre, and Milad (Rita).
Cherished grandmother of Aidalena, Serena, Michel, Ralph, Sophie, Brandon, Elias and Lucas.
Dear sister of Samira, Nahia, Amira and Rifka; predeceased by  Moussa, George and Yousef.
Passed away in Ottawa on Monday August 24, 2026.
