With heavy hearts we announce the passing of our beloved mother, Nawal Tawfiq Hammoud.
Devoted wife of Chakib Mohamad Maadarani of Lebanon.
Loving mother of Nada Maadarani (Ghazi Jasey) and Mohamad Maadarani (Nohad Ghadban), all of Canada;   Dr. Jihad Maadarani (Manal Omar), Ziad Maadarani (Faten El-Murr) and Nouhad Maadarani (Ibrahim Hammoud), all of Lebanon;
Dear sister-in-law of Wadad Maadarani and the late Kamal Maadarani, of Ottawa.
Cherished grandmother of fourteen grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
She will be laid to rest on Saturday, August 1, 2026, at 4:30 p.m., in the family cemetery in Qab Elias, Lebanon.
The family will receive relatives and friends on Monday, August 3, 2026, from 6:00 to 9:00 pm. at the Hall of Peace, 241 Northwestern Ave, Ottawa, ON.
May her soul rest in peace.
