Beloved husband of Vanessa.
Cherished son of Tony Monsour and Elham (nee Chamoun).
Loving  brother of Steven and Simon (Genevieve).
Much loved son-in-law of Nancy and James Denny.
Dear brother-in-law of Chelsea, Jimmy (Anastasia) and Emma (Jared).
Adored grandson of late Toufic Monsour and late  Bahia Aboukheir; Marie Chamoun and late Joseph Chamoun.
Proud uncle of Charlotte, Kallia, Amelia, Penelope and Delilah. Andrew will be greatly missed by his many aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and friends.
Passed away in Ottawa on Tuesday, April 26, 2022
