Beloved husband of Thérese  Mahfouz.
Loving father of Ghassan (Marcelle Maalouf), Ghada (Antoine Azar) and Roger (Mireille Badr) and their families.
Passed away peacefully in Ottawa on Thursday, January 27, 2022.
