A Fortieth-Day Divine Liturgy will be held on Saturday, January 17, 2026 at 5:00 p.m.  at Sts. Peter and Paul Melkite Catholic Church, 1161 North River Road, Ottawa.
Beloved husband of the late Mélanie Lahoud.
Loving father of Bassam (Jeanine Saadeh) of Gatineau; Dolly (Hanna Chamoun), Professor Dr. Antoine Gédéon, Professor Norma (César Akl) and Naim (Reine Charbel), all of Lebanon.
He will be dearly missed by his family, his brother and sisters in Lebanon, the family of his late sister, Nazha Gédéon Abdel-Sater in Ottawa, his grandchildren, nieces and nephews in Lebanon and in Canada, and the Gédéon, Abdel-Sater and Awad families in Ottawa.
Passed away in Lebanon on Sunday, December 7, 2025.
