A Fortieth-Day Divine Liturgy will be held on Sunday, April 26, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Saint-Charbel Parish, Maronite Catholic Church, 245 Donald St. in Ottawa.
Beloved wife of George Assi.
Devoted and loving mother of Maroun (Vedrana Assi), Roxane (Ramzi Marjaba), and Alexandre Dominique “Aleco” Assi.
Cherished grandmother of Castiel, Lucas, Ruby, Jacob, Victor, and Philip.
Dear sister of Ghassan (Roxane El-Asmar) and Maurice (Chantal El-Asmar).
The family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude and sincere appreciation to all relatives and friends who shared in their grief and sorrow.
Your presence, prayers, and support—whether through attending the services, sending flowers, making calls, offering messages on social media, visiting, or making donations to Saint Charbel Parish or to the Ottawa Hospital in her memory—have brought great comfort during this difficult time.
Passed away in Ottawa on Wednesday, February 4, 2026.
