She is survived by her ex-husband Jean Karakouzian.
Loving mother of  Marcel (Manon), Joseph (Anna), Liliane and Charbel Karakouzian (Sophiane).
Cherished grandmother of  Anthony, Marcel, Lucien, Mia, Lylia and Ilan.
Dear sister of Dr. Joseph Azzi,  Maroun Azzi, Zehri Atie and Rosette Azzi.
Predeceased by her parents Hanna and Latifé Azzi;  her siblings Mansour Azzi, Fadila Azzi, Najla Azzi and  Zakia Azzi.
Passed away on Monday May 9, 2022..
