Loving father of Claude (George Azzi) of Ottawa; Elias (Mayada Khodor), Jean (Pauline Diab), Walid, Wajdi (Mario Azzi), Fadwa (Joseph Obeid) and  Lina (Dr. Salam Nakfour), all of Lebanon.
Dear brother of the late Nemra Azzi El Hashem of Lebanon.
Passed away in Lebanon on Thursday July 21, 2022.
