A Fortieth-Day Divine Liturgy will be held on Sunday, February 20, 2022 at 9:00am at Saint Charbel Parish Ottawa, Maronite Catholic Church, 245 Donald St.
He will be eternally remembered by his beloved wife Antoinette Chahoud and his cherished children Elias, Georges (Michele Prevost), Jean (Louise Syrios),  Robert, Yolla (Tanios Kanaan),  Sonia, and Rolla (Hanna Makhlouf).
He will be fondly remembered by his grandchildren Youssef Kanaan, Christopher Issa (Maria), Jessica Kanaan, Joseph Issa, Meagan Issa-Achkar (Carl) Kristina Payne-Robert (Mathieu), Kayla Kanaan, Alexander Issa, Stephanie Makhlouf, Nicholas Issa, Jean-Laurence Makhlouf, Christopher Jean Issa, Larissa-Zoe Makhlouf and his great-grandchildren Tatiana, Sofia, Maya and Joseph.
Predeceased by sister Labebe Kahale and brother Habib Khalil.
He was a kind and generous man whom was loved and respected by all.  He will be dearly missed. Gone but never forgotten.
Passed away in Lebanon on Thursday January 6, 2022 at the age of 90.
