A memorial service will be held on Sunday, March 15, 2026 at 6:30 p.m.  at Saint-Charbel Parish, Maronite Catholic Church, 245 Donald St. in Ottawa.
Devoted husband of the late Leila Merhej Azzi.
Beloved  son of the late Habib Azzi and Chafica Rashid Azzi.
He was a devoted father, grandfather, and a respected member of his family and the community.
Loving father of Amal (Fayez Azzi) of Ottawa, Ghassan (Rita Khawand), Elias (Souhayir Ghallaini), Ferial (Iskandar Maatouk), Nawal, and Nancy (Fadi Azzi), all of Lebanon; and Dr. Habib of Spain.
Cherished grandfather of Samir (Shaleen), Laurice and Nazir Azzi, all of Ottawa; Lt. Clement, Rodrigue, Marianne, Dany, Dalia, Jad and Marline Azzi; Diana, Denise Maatouk, Johnny and Sandra Maatouk,  all of Lebanon.
He will be dearly missed by many relatives and loved ones in Lebanon and abroad.
Passed away in Lebanon on Tuesday, March 10, 2026.
