Obituary – Amira Jabbour

Surrounded by her cherished family, passed away peacefully in Ottawa, on Monday, April 29, 2024, at the age of 90.
Beloved wife of  the late Youssef Jabbour.
Loving mother of Georges Jabbour (ex-husband of Marie Sukkar), Georgette (Joseph Estephan), Joumana (late Charbel Hage), Leila (Jean Sayah), Adla (Samir Awad), Lidia (Fadi Hajjar), Suzanne (Hadi Samya) and Ebtissam (George Rizk).
Cherished grandmother of 22 grandchildren and great-grandmother of 21 great-grandchildren.
Dear sister of late Anis, Joseph, late Antoine, late Bechara, Elias, late Marguerite, and Hiam all of Lebanon.
Predeceased by her parents Toufic Semaan and Mounia Haddad. Sister-in-law of late Matilde, late Alice, Emilie, Louise, Nadima, Josephine and late Elias.
Amira will also be missed by many cousins, relatives, extended family members and friends within the United States, Canada and Lebanon.
The family will receive relatives and friends on Wednesday, May 1, 2024, from 5:00  to  9:00 pm at Beechwood, Funeral, Cemetery and Cremation Services, 280 Beechwood Avenue, Ottawa, ON.
Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, May 2, 2024, at St.Saint Charbel Parish Ottawa, Maronite Catholic Church, 245 Donald St.
Interment at Beechwood Cemetery.
