Obituary – Edmond Bechara Saad

“Don’t let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God, and trust also in me. There is more than enough room in my Father’s home. If this were not so, would I have told you that I am going to prepare a place for you? When everything is ready, I will come and get you, so that you will always be with me where I am.” (John 14:1-3)

Passed away peacefully to eternal rest at the Ottawa General Hospital with his family by his side on Wednesday, August 14, 2024.
Beloved husband of Josephine Wadih Matar for 30 years.
Loving father of Danny, Marie-Ève and Anthony.
Dear brother of  Leila and Nicholas.; predeceased by Michel,  Ghabi, Nadia,, Saad,  Sammy,  Adel,  George, and Elias.
May his soul rest in peace, and may his memory be a blessing to us all.
The family will receive relatives and friends on Monday, August 19, 2024, from 10:30 to 11:30 am at Saint Charbel Parish Ottawa, Maronite Catholic Church, 245 Donald St. followed by funeral service.
Interment Beechwood Cemetery.
