Obituary – Efdokia Joukayem Semaan

Passed away in Ottawa surrounded by her loving family on Wednesday, May 18, 2022 at the age of 85.
Beloved wife of the late Michel Semaan.
Much loved  daughter of the late Sobhi Joukayem and Juliette Mansour.
Loving mother of Maggy,  Elie (Christine Smith), Joe (Gloria) and the late Viviane,
Cherished grandmother of  Alexia, Michel, Anthony, Michael, Danny and Jad.
Dear  sister of Therese Darouze (the late Hanna Darouze), predeceased by Spiro Joukayem, Violette Joukayem, George Joukayem and Jean Joukayem (Salam Bou-Zeid).
She will be dearly missed by her nephews and nieces George, Mariane, Toni, Elie, Joelle, Sobhi,  Christelle and their families.
The family will receive relatives and friends on Tuesday, May 24, 2022  from 10:00 to 11:00 am at Sts. Peter and Paul Melkite Catholic Church, 1161 North River Road, Ottawa, followed by  funeral service.
Internment Hope Cemetery, 4660 Bank Street.
