Elias Sleiman Saikaly
(October 15, 1934 – January 7, 2025)

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Elias Sleiman Saikaly, who departed peacefully on Tuesday, January 7, 2025, at the age of 90 in the comfort of his own home surrounded by his loved ones.
Elias was a cherished husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother and friend.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 66 years, Harba (Naufal); their children, Azonia (Klaus), Elhem (Dan), and Tony (Naomi); grandchildren, Michelle, Pamela, Elie, Marc, Kristina and Sabrina; and great-grandchildren Alessio, Stassi, Luca, Savyn, Olivia and Isabel.
Dear brother of Sandra (Late Lester Steele) of Toronto;  Mae (Late Joseph Slyman) of Ohio; Frank Saikaly (Susie ) of Ottawa; Leila (Eddie Abdallah) of Ohio; Tony (Sylvana AL Saddy) of Ottawa;  Hanan (Abdallah Saikali) of Ottawa.
Predeceased by George Saikaly (Late Najla) of California and Laudia (Late Khalil Ghattas) of Ottawa.
His warm personality and radiant smile would brighten any room. His kindness, strength, and unwavering commitment to his family, faith and community will be deeply missed.
The family will receive relatives and friends on Wednesday, January 15, 2025 from 10:00 am till Bible discourse at 1:15 pm  at Beechwood Cemetary, 280 Beechwood Avenue, followed by burial at 2:00 pm.
