Passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family on Saturday, May 16, 2015 at 11:30pm, in his 94th year.
He will be dearly missed by his loving wife of 75 years, Najla.
Loving father of  Moukhtar  Sami (Dunia), Samia (George Jarbouh), George (Samia Monsour), Jeannette (Elias Monsour), John – JP (Cheryl Davis), Genevieve ( George Lattouf) , General Joseph (Leila Chouaa), all of Canada; and Juliette (Saade Azzi) of Australia.
Dear brother of late Elmaza (late Georges Monsour) of Canada , and late Hassiba (late Yousseff Azzi) of Lebanon.
He will be always remembered by his 30 grandchildren , 43 great grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild;  the Azzi, Jarbouh, Monsour, Davis, Lattouf and Chouaa families and many nephews & nieces.
Special thanks to Dr. Heath Alsaffar, and all the staff at Carlingview Manor.
Relatives and friends may pay respects on Monday May 18, 2015 from 6 pm to 9pm and on Tuesday May 19, 2015 from 2:00pm to 4:00pm and 6:00pm to 9:00pm at McEvoy-Shields Funeral home at 1411 Hunt Club Rd, Ottawa
Funeral service will be held on Wednesday May 20, 2015 at 11:00am at St. Charbel Maronite Catholic Church – 245 Donald Street.
In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Charbel Church would be appreciated.
