It is with sadness that we announce the passing of our dear Ibrahim on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, at the age of 89.
Beloved husband of the late Amal Abou-Tanos Saad.
Dear son of the late Georges Abou-Tanos and of the late Heneini Habbouche.
Devoted father of Naji (Carole Khnaisser), Nabil (Aline El-Cheikh) and Nassim (Marie-Hélène Cardinal).
Cherished grandfather of Wa’el (Michelle Beland), Wassim (Jessica Ouellet), Nayla, Nadine, Edgar, Izeut and Gustave; great-grandfather of Lilia, Nasri, Raphaëlle and Charlotte.
Loving brother of Édouard and many brothers and sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, cousins, relatives and friends; predeceased by his seven brothers and sisters Victor, Noël, Rachid, Faraj, Clairette, Claudine and Thérèse.
The family will receive relatives and friends on Saturday, December 20, 2025 from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. at Saint Charbel Parish Ottawa, Maronite Catholic Church, followed by funeral service.
The family would like to thank the personnel of the Gatineau Hospital for the excellent care provided.
