“When God loves people He afflicts them. If they endure with fortitude, He chooses them.”

 Ghantous-JohnJohn Elias Ghantous
Passed away peacefully on Friday, May 7, 2021.
Escorted by his dear late brother, Sam, he made his way into the Kingdom of God.
The simplest pleasures brought John the greatest joys in life. He managed to touch the lives of everyone he encountered with his infectious smile, wisdom and humbleness. John was a selfless man who put everyone’s needs before his own.
He cherished his family and brought so much joy and comfort into their lives. He always said that his purpose in life was to make sure his girls were happy. Mission accomplished, dad.
John was a devoted father to Caline (Joe), Jessica (Joey) and Justine and loving husband of 32 years to Amal.
Dear brother of George (Salwa),Tony, Elaine (Glen), Marcelle, Cathy (Norm) and the late Samir (Amal).
He will also be dearly missed by his many nieces, nephews and friends.
“Energy can be changed from one form to another but it cannot be destroyed.”
We know that you’ll be with us forever, dad. We will cherish our memories, and the lessons you taught us will live on. Buddy is going to be alright… We love you papa John.
