Roger Diab
(September 29, 1934 – January 4, 2026)

God welcomed his beautiful soul on Sunday, January 4, 2025.
Survived by the love of his life, Simone (Mona) who shared 72 beautiful years of memories together.
Roger will be greatly missed by his three children and their spouses; Hani, Caroline (Georges) and Fadi (Monique).
This beloved Jeddo will be sadly missed and remembered by his 9 grandchildren; Serena, Nick (Marissa) , Philippe (Christa), Emily (Matt), Sebastien (Maddalena), Alex (Layal), Joel, Ariana and Jasmine, his 2 great grandchildren; Talia and Sofia as well as many nephews/nieces and great nephews/nieces around the globe.
Roger was a remarkable man whose love and generosity touched the lives of many. His big voice, big laugh and enormous heart will be dearly missed.
Special heartfelt thanks to the regular PSW’s from Bayshore Home & Health for their tender and compassionate care. Our hearts are full of gratitude.
Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, January 17, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at Saints Peter and Paul Melkite Catholic Church, 1161 N River Road, Ottawa  followed by Mercy Meal in the church hall.
In memory of Roger, for those wishing, in lieu of flowers, donations to Sts. Peter and Paul Church or Plan International Canada would be appreciated.
