Passed away in Gatineau on Friday, July  31, 2026.
Beloved husband of the late Nouhad Ghossein.
Loving father of Elias (Najat Seklawi), Alphonce, Laura and the late André.
Cherished grandfather of Maya, Joseph and Charbel Hachem; Libana (Philipe Villeneuve), Dona-Bella and Laura Kassab; great-grandfather of Emma Villeneuve, all of Gatineau.
Dear brother of Tanios (Late Sammya Ghoussain) of Toronto;  Haney (Amin Salim Hachem) of Lebanon; predeceased by Hanna (Late Genevieve Bechara – Late Maria Kayrouz) and Soubhyeh (Late Ibrahim Seklawi), all of Lebanon.
Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 5, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at Saint Charbel Parish Ottawa, Maronite Catholic Church, 245 Donald Street, Ottawa.
The family will receive relatives and friends at church after the service.
Interment at Beechwood Cemetery.
For those wishing, in lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Sobhi to  Saint Charbel Church, would be appreciated.
