Souad (Sue) Ibrahim Smiley
Passed away in Ottawa on Saturday, January 15, 2022 at the age of 91.
Beloved  sister of Fouad (Beverly Kouri), Michel (Jeanette Semaan), late Adel (Afaf Tayyar) and late Sami (Marie Abou-Arrage),  all of Ottawa;  Sleiman (late Audet Rizk), late Khalil (Georgette Abou Rizk)   and late Nouhad (late Fouad Khoury), all of Lebanon.
She will be dearly missed by her many nieces, nephews and friends  in Canada and Lebanon.
Sue was a kind and generous person who dedicated her life to her family, but also enjoyed helping the many other people she encountered throughout her life.
Her niece Rimonda would like to thank the wonderful staff at Villagia in the Glebe for taking great care of her for the last 4 years.
The family will receive relatives and friends on Friday January 21, 2022 from 10:00 to 11:00 am at  Saint Elias Antiochian Orthodox Cathedral, 2975 Riverside Drive, followed by funeral service.
Interment at Beechwood Cemetery,  280 Beechwood Ave.
