Sam (Souhail) Bousada
Born in Kfarmishkie, Lebanon on September 18, 1945.
Passed away peacefully at home in Ottawa on Wednesday, March 13, 2024.
Predeceased by his parents Mikhail and Sofia Bousada and his sister Jalile Kairouz Bechara (Zuheir).
Life partner and best friend of 36 years of Ann Taillon.
Loving father of Wally and Chris (Heather) Bousada.
Cherished grandfather of Michael Knapp, Joshua (Darci), Will and Fiona.
Survived by his sister Suham (late Joe Abouarrage), Bill (Margo), Nabila (late Joseph Awad), Moses (Anne Laviolette) and Victor (Laura).
Dear brother in law of Ellen Wilson, Gail Taillon (Warren Peck) and Paul Taillon (Joanne Mongeau).
Lovingly remembered by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
We will forever hold Sam in our hearts.
The family will receive relatives and friends on Thursday, March 21, 2024 from 2:00 to 7:00pm. at Kelly Funeral Home – Somerset Chapel, 585 Somerset Street West.
Funeral service  will be held on Friday, March 22, 2024 at 11:00am.at St. Elias Antiochian Orthodox Cathedral, 2975 Riverside Drive, Ottawa.
Entombment at Capital Funeral Home & Cemetery, 3700 Prince of Wales Drive. Reception to follow.
