Obituary – Therese Boulos Trabulsi

Therese Boulos Trabulsi
Passed away unexpectedly surrounded by her loving family on Monday, May 26, 2025, a few months shy of her 84th birthday.
Born in Mashgara, Lebanon in October 1941.
Beloved daughter of the late Boutros Boulos and Emilie Abboudi.
Devoted wife of Antoine Trabulsi.
Loving mother of Rafic (Claudine Farah) and Raed (Sanam Orakzai), all of Ottawa; Marie Rose of Dakar; Samar (Georges Zarzour) and the late Mountaha, all of Lebanon.
Cherished grandmother of Elli, Anthony, Nidale, Rania, Nadine, Lara, Jessica, Yousef and Eileen.
Predeceased by her brothers Loutfi Boulos (late Samia ) and Merhi Boulos (Mountaha Abou Arraj) of Lebanon.
She will be forever remembered by her son-in-law Simon Hajjar, her great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews of Canada, Lebanon, Senegal and France.
Therese was a kind woman who enjoyed life and always had a smile on her face. She devoted her life to her children and grandchildren who loved her dearly.
Her memory will forever be in the hearts of all those who knew and loved her.
Many thanks to the wonderful staff at the General Hospital emergency and Intensive Care Unit for their exceptional care and compassion.
The family will receive relatives and friends on Friday, May 30, 2025 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Sts. Peter and Paul’s Melkite Catholic Church, 1161 North River Rd, Ottawa, followed by funeral service.
Interment at Hope Cemetery, 4660 Bank St., Gloucester.
In lieu of flowers and for those wishing, donations to Sts. Peter and Paul Church, would be appreciated.
