Obituary – Victoria Moufarej

Born in Lebanon on August 15, 1934.
Passed away peacefully in Ottawa on Friday August 25, 2023, surrounded by her loving family at the age of 89.
Beloved wife of the late Georges Moufarej.
Loving mother of Issam (Minerva Ibrahim), Samir (Amal Malek) and Randa (Elie Absi).
Cherished grandmother of Nadine (Philippe Azzi), Melissa (George Kardaras), George, Georges (Bianca Labonte), Jessica, and Anthony. Adored great-grandmother of Jordan, Zander and Aris.
Dear sister of Souad Tremblay, Saide Hourani and Nouha Mouhana; predeceased by Joe Nemer and Laila Nemer.
She will be deeply remembered by her nephews, nieces, cousins and friends; also by her friends and staff at Starwood Nursing Home.
The family will receive relatives and friends on Sunday, August 27, 2023, from 5:00 to 9:00 pm at Pinecrest Remembrance Visitation Centre, 2500 Baseline Road, Ottawa and on Monday August 28, 2023 at 10:00 am at St. Elias Antiochian Orthodox Cathedral, 2975 Riverside Dr. Ottawa followed by a funeral service at 11:00 am.
Entombment to follow at Pinecrest Remembrance Services, 2500 Baseline Road.
