(January 1, 1930 – March 27, 2024)
Beloved patriarch, passed away suddenly at his home on Wednesday, March 27, 2024, at the age of 94.
Loving husband of Antoinette (née Radi).
Proud father of Hélène (the late Khouchaba Youmaran), Joseph (Siham), Randa (Nadim Ibrahim), Michel (Vickie), Nicolas (Edith), Amal, and Fadia (Charles Boutros).
He leaves behind a legacy of love and devotion as the grandfather of 25 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
He lived a life defined by his dedication to family and faith. He was known for his unwavering kindness, gentle spirit, and generous heart. His presence brought joy and comfort to all who knew him, and his memory will be cherished by his relatives, nieces, and nephews both near and far, especially in his homeland of Lebanon.
The family will receive relatives and friends on Saturday, March 30, 2024 from 1:00 pm at Beechwood National Memorial Centre, 280 Beechwood Ave.
Funeral Service honoring Wadih’s life will be held at 2:00 pm at the Sacred Space followed by interment.

Wadih Sawma will be deeply missed but never forgotten, as his spirit lives on in the hearts of all who were touched by his love and compassion. May he rest in peace, surrounded by the eternal light of God’s grace.
